"Lisa did a PHENOMENAL job selling our home! We hired Lisa on a Tuesday, and our home was live by Thursday, and sold within just a few hours! When our buyer backed out unexpectedly, she put our home back on the market, and we received two offers that day! She helped us navigate the tricky (but exciting) waters of a bidding war involving an escalation clause. In the end, we accepted an offer over asking price! Everything went smoothly, thanks to Lisa! I would highly recommend her!"
